- Nature. Cross-border collection and payout services are facilitated through authorised banking and cross-border payment partners; the Company acts as technology service provider. Availability is subject to partner approval, corridor availability and applicable law.
- Eligibility. Merchant must be an Indian entity/individual with valid KYC, PAN, and where applicable IEC, GSTIN and export/import documentation; must declare accurate purpose codes.
- Permitted purposes. Only transactions permitted under FEMA and RBI regulations (e.g., export of goods/services, permitted imports, permitted current-account transactions). Capital-account transactions, prohibited items and transactions with sanctioned parties/countries are not permitted.
- Documentation. Merchant must provide invoices, contracts, shipping/delivery proof and any documents requested by partners or regulators, and is responsible for obtaining e-FIRC/FIRA and other regulatory certificates via the partner bank.
- FX. Rates are quoted at the time of transaction and may include a margin; quotes are valid for the period shown; FX rates fluctuate and the Company is not liable for movements.
- Fees & deductions. Cross-border fees, intermediary/correspondent bank charges and taxes may be deducted.
- Compliance & holds. Transactions may be held, delayed, rejected or reversed for compliance review, sanctions screening or partner instruction without liability.
- Refunds & disputes. Processed in the original currency through the relevant partner; FX losses and bank charges may apply; card-network chargeback rules apply to international card transactions.
- Taxes. Merchant is responsible for GST, TDS/TCS, LRS and other tax obligations.
- Governing law. India; arbitration and courts at Mumbai.

- "Company", "we", "us", "our" — Global eServe Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN to be published), having its registered office at Flat No. 201, 2nd Floor, Plot 577, Triveni Apartment, N M Joshi Marg, Byculla (West), Mumbai – 400027, Maharashtra, India, operating the brand and platform SwifTrail.
- "Platform" — the websites swiftrail.ai and swiftrail.in, dashboards, portals, mobile applications, APIs and related services.
- "Merchant" / "Partner" / "Agent" — a business or individual who has entered into an agreement with the Company to use the Platform.
- "End User" — a customer of a Merchant who makes a payment through the Platform.
- "Payment Partners" — RBI-licensed Payment Aggregators, banks (including escrow, sponsor and card-issuing banks), NBFCs, IRDAI-registered insurers, authorised government-scheme channels, card networks, NPCI and other regulated entities through which payment and financial services are facilitated.
