Sudhir Abba has spent more than two decades in the payments industry — around 17 years in sales, business development, client servicing and operations, after an initial six years on the technical side.

Before co-founding Global eServe Technologies LLP in 2016, he built and led merchant-services and e-commerce businesses at some of the best-known names in banking and payments: Relationship Manager for Merchant Services at Citibank, Business Development Manager for e-Commerce at ICICI Bank, Business Development Manager for e-Commerce at Mashreqbank in the UAE, Senior Account Manager at Merchant Solutions Pte Ltd, and Region Head for Merchant Processing & Sales at IndiaPay. He is also a co-founder of MerchantPay Solutions Pvt Ltd (since 2013).

Sudhir holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University. At SwifTrail he leads strategy, banking partnerships and product direction, drawing on deep expertise in merchant processing, acquiring, payment gateways and large-account relationships.

Satish Pol is a Designated Partner of Global eServe Technologies LLP and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for day-to-day operations across onboarding, banking operations, settlements, customer success and the retail-partner network, making sure that the platform's promises are kept every single day.
