Is there a rental?

Soundboxes are offered on a low monthly rental, often waived against a monthly transaction commitment. Exact terms are in your proposal.

Do I need Wi-Fi?

No. Each device ships with an embedded 4G SIM and data included; Wi-Fi is optional.

Which UPI apps work with it?

All of them — the QR is interoperable across every UPI app, and payments settle into the same account as your other SwifTrail collections.

Can one shop use several devices?

Yes. Multiple devices can be mapped to one merchant account, each with its own counter label in reporting.

What if a payment is announced but not received?

Voice confirmation fires only on a credited transaction from the bank, and every announcement is reconciled against settlement in your dashboard.
